
After a standout career at Armstrong Atlantic State, Rindy Vidovich joins Will Condon's staff as an assistant coach for the 2009 season this fall.
The 2008 Peach Belt Conference Player of the Year, Vidovich finished her AASU career with 1,024 kills, just the sixth player in Pirate history to record 1,000 kills. She also ranks sixth all-time in blocks (288) and seventh in digs (961).
Vidovich is a two-time PBC honoree, as well as a two-time PBC All-Tournament honoree. Last season, she earned All-NCAA Region Tournament honors in helping the Pirates to their first-ever NCAA Elite Eight appearance.
The native of San Pedro, Calif., graduated in May of 2009 with
her bachelor's degree in physical education. She is currently
pursuing her graduate degree from Armstrong Atlantic State.
