AASU Basketball Ranked No. 20 In Latest NABC Top 25 Poll

SAVANNAH, Ga. - The Armstrong Atlantic State men's basketball team checks in at No. 20 in the latest NABC/Division II Top 25 poll, released today.

The Pirates (17-4) fell five spots from last week's ranking, but have an opportunity to climb back up this week as AASU's two opponents are also nationally ranked.

Wednesday, AASU will travel to take on No. 14-ranked Georgia College & State at 7:30 p.m. in Milledgeville. The Bobcats stand at 17-2 and have not lost a game since AASU handed GCSU a 68-63 loss back on January 14.

The Pirates will then host No. 9-ranked Augusta State (17-4) on Saturday, February 14, at 4:00 p.m. at Alumni Arena. The Jaguars are the top-ranked team in the PBC as the fourth league team in the poll, USC Aiken (16-5), checks in at No. 15.

Undefeated Findlay continues as the nation's top-ranked team, with LIU-C.W. Post remaining second. BYU-Hawaii is third, followed by Gannon and Southwest Baptist (Mo.)
